The 156 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Jalisco have been registered in 22 municipalities of the State, with Zapopan and Guadalajara being the most accumulated with 54 and 53 people affected, followed by Puerto Vallarta, which reached 12.

In the Sunday report of the Jalisco Health Secretariat (SSJ) on the epidemiological scenario of the disease, six more infections were confirmed, including the first case in the municipality of Ocotlán.

There was no increase in the number of deaths that remains at eleven, of which three correspond to Puerto Vallarta, which is the municipality with the most deaths. Eight people remain hospitalized, four with a stable condition report, three in serious condition and one in very serious condition.

The SSJ has ruled out two thousand 204 infections, as they were negative for COVID-19, and has 603 suspected cases.

Due to presenting mild symptoms, 79 percent of the 156 confirmed cases have been managed with isolation at home ; while 21 percent have required hospitalization.
